Exhibition Stand Build

How did we create a stand that couldn't be BETT-ered?

The client wanted an exhibition stand concept design, build and management. We had to demonstrate our expertise so that they could showcase theirs.

The Challenge

The client wanted an education-focused exhibition stand at the BETT Show, a world-leading learning technology event at Excel London. They wanted to demonstrate to attendees how their technology products fit into the education sector and how their brand could be a key partner in this area.

The BIG Idea

We pitched a fully branded bespoke stand that incorporated hands-on demonstration areas. These areas would showcase the client’s technology products in real time to attendees. The stand would also include meeting spaces and a classroom in which visitors could learn about the client’s brand and its product range. We would be responsible for the entire design, build and live event process.

Our Highlights

The concept and design work were well received by the client and the stand made a big impact at the show. All the elements worked well, operating in tandem to create a stimulating and dynamic environment at and around the stand. There was a high demand for the demonstration areas and the classroom was oversubscribed.

The Upshot

The stand was very busy throughout the duration of the show and attracted key personnel, such as senior decision makers within the education IT sector. As a result, the client benefited from building and developing key relationships in an immersive environment as well as increasing mindshare and improved brand engagement.
